Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. Good Afternoon! Thanks for the photos. In order for the hole to close, you would need to remove the skin tract in its entirety. This can be done in the office under local anesthetic. Recovery should be fairly easy. It's trading the hole for a small scar. A skin graft would not be needed. Hope this helps!
