(No Need To Go To The Hospital)Once I measure how much extra skin you have hanging over the lid, I simply remove the extra skin and things will look more symmetrical.

Many different situations can lead to uneven eyelids. Some of these can be treated non-surgically and conservatively, even using some very advanced injection techniques with filler or very precise placement of Botox. Some situations truly do require surgery to resolve.

Your left upper eyelid is droopy (ptosis) which automatically causes the left eyebrow to raise in order to assist lifting the droopy eyelid.  The treatment would be left upper eyelid ptosis surgery.  Best to see an oculoplastic surgeon for examination and treatment.
