I looked at epicanthoplasty, but I'm not sure if I have excess skin near the medial canthus. I also looked at double z-plasty, which can shorten the medial tendon slightly to pull the inner corners of the eye towards the nose. However, I am unsure if this would work for me. When I pull on the surrounding skin, a red, hollow-looking area shows. Is there any way to possibly achieve this effect, even with reconstructive surgery? My nasal bridge is short. Would raising it 6 mm have an effect?

Good question. A photo would be helpful. First, I would consult with your original surgeon. It depends on the problem; however, it sounds like a reasonable solution based on the description of the problem is, as you suggested, HA filler. If you like it and the problem gets fixed, repeat...
Thank you for your inquiry! A couple of options: fat transfer can be used (long term fix) or filler can be added (short term fix). Schedule an appointment with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to help you reach your goals.
