I did an upper Blepharoplasty surgery 6 months ago and my right eye dont close. How do i stretch the skin fast? Any exercises? I have pain because of dry eye. Please help

You are relatively recent from surgery. In my experience the shortness in these lids is from deep scaring in the eyelid not a relative lack of skin. Don't get talked into a skin graft. These are disfiguring and often do not resolve the weak eyelid closure. The blepharoplasty also can cause permanent muscle weakness that can contribute to closure issues. The point is that mechanical massage of the eyelids is unlikely to resolve these issues. One thing that can be helpful is the use of 5-FU injections to modify the contraction of the internal scar in the eyelid. These benefit from being repeatedly done so it is helpful to find a surgeon who you can get to for these series of treatments. Avoid steroid injections into the eyelid because these injections damage the surviving fat in the eyelid. Also if you are using a lash growth serum, you should stop this immediately. These products cause scaring and eyelid retraction which are things you never want but especially in this situation. Your eyelids meet which is hopeful. You would also benefit from dry eye management which is done by general ophthalmologists.
