I am a 45 year old female. For the past year I have been noticing my right eye has gotten smaller than the left eye. After getting Botox the asymmetry got even more noticeable. I am an emotional wreck. Please help and let me know what can be done to get my eyes to look even like before.

Thanks for sharing your question and posting your photo. Your eyelid asymmetry is minimal. Your probably should leave it alone. If you want minimal improvement then conservative blepharoplasty would be the best option. See an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for consultation.
