22F, my left eyelid is different than the right one since I can remember. My question is what the cause could be is it fat related, ptosis, eyebrow position etc. ? ( I feel like my left crease starts of higher and the eyebrow fat just kind of lies on top of my eyeball )

Thank you for sharing your good question. You can have fillers injected in the lower half of your face prior to the eyelid surgery. Confirm this with your surgeon.

Based on limited photos- it appears that you are absent an eyelid crease. This is a usual oriental eye. If you prefer to have a definite eyelid crease- or a more occidental eye then you will need a specific procedure to create this crease . I suggest that you seek a Board Certified PS with...
