27, 5’4 and about 52kg. I currently have 325cc HP,started with next to nothing. my implants are 7.5 years old now, i have waves of loving them and waves of wanting to fix my gap and go a little bigger. i feel like i still look flat chested in a lot of tops still because of my gap, looking at getting 400/425cc. I've naturally got a dent in my chest so I'm nervous I won't be able to achieve this but also don't want to go too big as I'm quite petite as onr surgeon recommended 475cc to fix the gap
Answer: Breasts Even with larger implants, you will still have and gap because that is your anatomy. I do not suggest going larger because they may be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. You could have the lateral pockets tightened some which will help.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear brodieodie, many women seek improved cleavage. Narrowing the cleavage plane can be done very carefully by a skilled surgeon. Moving the implants too far medially can result in synmastia or unaboob which is very difficult to correct. That being said, the right amount of pocket dissection and implant selection can create excellent cleavage. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat transfers It appears you have pectus excavatum with a concave sternal region. You would benefit from fat transfers. Large implants may not be the solution and may result in symmastia. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast revision to fix gap? It looks like your implants are under the muscle. This could be keeping them apart. In order to improve this situation you may need release of the muscle (Open Capsulotomy) or replacement above the muscle. Possible replacement with smaller implants and fat grafting
