Should I wait to have my deviated septum fixed and turbinates reduced until after jaw surgery?

Android99
Would it be better to wait to have terbinet reduction surgery and the correction of a deviated septum until after jaw surgery (high leforte 1) or would it be OK to have it done before? (Maybe a month or two before jaw surgery)
