I have a deviated septum and asymmetrical face, I want to fix both and keep a proportional image. Any tips? (Photo)

I have a very assymmetrical face and a deviated septum and I would like to know what I can do. I want to keep my as it looks on my right (your left on the picture) and just straighten my nose, will most of this be covered by insurance?
