I have a deviated septum and asymmetrical face, I want to fix both and keep a proportional image. Any tips? (Photo)

Facial asymmetry is universal and everyone has it. There are ways to lessen this including use of fillers, fat transfers and implants. Rhinoplasty can refine your nose as well as correct the septal deviation. Best

 Everyone has some degree of facial asymmetry,  and from the one Limited photograph it is within normal limits. A rhinoplasty is performed to straighten a crooked nose  and must be paid for by the patient, since it is cosmetic in nature. A septoplasty is performed  in the back of the nose for medical necessity when there is twisted bone and cartilage blocking air flow. A septoplasty will not change the shape of the nose.
