Hi doctors, I am 35 and exercise regularly since I am 12 year old. My exercises include moderate amount of squats and with weigh however I have not been able to shape my underbutt (double fold). I do have a balance diet except I am a dark chocolate lover. Those double folds bother me a lot when I wear my fitness cloth, jeans and bikini because both folds are noticeable. Would sculpsure be recomended for my case? Thanks in advance.
Answer: Sculpsure candidate? SculpSure can be used on the lower gluteal area if there is an appreciable amount of fat present. It may take up to three treatments to see a result. Based on your picture I am not visualizing much fat in that area. It is something that warrants an in person evaluation by a doctor to determine whether sculpsure is appropriate.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Banana roles are often improved with Sculpsure It is great that you already appear fit and know the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Infra-gluteal folds or Banana rolls are often a combination of localized fat excess and soft tissue laxity. Improving these requires a strategy that addresses both problems. Sculpsure may be the best non-surgical option currently available to reduce the localized fat. Combining this with RF treatments to the lower buttock and upper thigh works best. Patients with similar concerns who are looking for improvements, rather than a permanent fix are the best candidates.

Answer: SculpSure Keep up the good work! SculpSure may reduce some of the fat in the area but in reality a better bet may be to undergo non-surgical gluteal augmentation. We have treated similar patients that were very active with Silhouette Instalift, PRP, and Sculptra to smooth out the curve on the buttocks to thigh. However, the best way to make an accurate assessment for your needs is to have a consultation with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. I wish you the best.

Answer: Sculpsure and Results The gluteal fold may be difficult to treat because of the correct placement of the applicators. There must be enough fat that the applicators can snugly position between the frame. My best advice is to see a sculpsure expert and determine if you are a candidate.
