I have a Botox appointment on Thursday, and am getting a deep dental cleaning on Saturday. A local anesthetic may be used. Will this or having my mouth open for a prolonged period of time have any effect on my Botox?

Answer: Safe Assuming that the Botox is injected in the forehead and not in the areas associated with TMJ treatment, it would be safe to get the dental cleaning any time after Botox, even if an anesthetic is used.
