I'm very prone to bug bites and itch very easily. I scratch a lot that left these ugly dark marks on my legs. Because of this I rarely wear skirts or shorts and have always been conscious when going swimming. Is there a procedure that can permanently remove these marks? I have tried different OTC fade creams to no avail.
