If the hole has closed, another option may be using TCA CROSS.  I like to use 100% TCA for these procedures.  Easy to do and can help in resurfacing the scar.  Best of luck!

Pitting scars can be revised by removing the core of skin and bringing the edges together. Instead of using a small punch, in your case an fine tipped 11 blade can be used to do the most minimal amount of skin removal. A single stitch can close the pitting. This will improve your contour and aesthetic.
