What can I do to remove/flatten/fade my self harm scars? (photos)

I would self harm using a blade. I did it quite a lot ,they vary from thin to thick, but many are pretty thin. The thing is, there are many small ones overlapped, causing my skin to wrinkle. It's been or 2 years so many have faded to a white/pinkish color. I've accepted that nothing will completely get rid of them but is there anything I can do to make them less noticeable? Something that will make them flat? Maybe like a cream or would I need to get laser treatment?

There are a lot of treatments available to help lessen the appearance of scars. Yours are a little tricky in that there are so many and so closely spaced, but I do think you could make them less noticeable. A few options are fractionated erbium skin resurfacing lasers, either ablative or nonablative. One example is Palomar 1540. Other options are microneedling or a treatment such as Venus Viva, which is a fractionated ablative treatment that is great for scars. Topical agents are also useful, things like Silicone gel or sheets, or steroid tape, especially for the scars that are raised. Please understand this will be a process, and each of the above treatment options is not a single treatment fix. Each requires a series of treatments, and ultimately a combination of treatments may be best. I would recommend finding a plastic surgeon or dermatologist near you who can offer multiple treatment options and will work with you on getting the best possible results. If you go somewhere that does not have any of the machines or technology, they will be limited on what they can offer you. It doesn't mean you can't make the scars better, just that that particular office may not have the tools needed. Best of luck =)
