I would self harm using a blade. I did it quite a lot ,they vary from thin to thick, but many are pretty thin. The thing is, there are many small ones overlapped, causing my skin to wrinkle. It's been or 2 years so many have faded to a white/pinkish color. I've accepted that nothing will completely get rid of them but is there anything I can do to make them less noticeable? Something that will make them flat? Maybe like a cream or would I need to get laser treatment?

Apply Plato's Scar Serum and Dark Scar Corrector followed by subcision, fillers, PRP, and fractional laser to help reduce the visibility of the scars. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
Hello and thank you for your post - from your photos, I am not certain that you have hypertrophic scars. Have you allowed your board certified physician to assess you post treatment? Xanthelasma is very challenging to treat. You may benefit from repeat treatment, and it may be better to treat...
I would use the Scar Therapy Mini Kit followed by Clear and Brilliant laser in the future to correct your scar. Deep lasers may make your condition worse. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
