Can I get my forehead augmented with bone cement 6 months after hair transplant?

The incision for the bone cement will be 2 inches long on the recipient area. It's been 6 months since my hair transplant, and I'm seeing small hairs grow. Can I proceed with this procedure or should I wait longer? My hair surgeon says there could be a chance of shock loss My bone cement surgeon says all the grafts are secure and nothing would affect the outcome of the hair transplant. Who do I believe?
