Does the snow and cold weather effect hair transplant healing? (Photos)

I had a hair transplant on last week, surgery happened in turkey,on day 3 I got back to London unfortunately that day was heavy snow and i was waiting in the train station for 30 minutes with naked hair so I am worried this cold weather will effect my hair?
