Bald spots on transplanted area after 2 months - is it normal?

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative issues.  Bald spots are not normal but you may be describing something different.

The transplanted hair starts to grow permanently after shedding. On your 2nd month ıt ıs normal to experience bald spots.

At the two month stage it is quite normal to see some irregular growth, its certainly not uncommon. I wouldn't worry to much at this stage. Give it more time, around 6 months post surgery and it should all be growing more evenly. 

İt is a normal pheomena ...First regrowth should be observed on 3-3.5 months. Regrowing hair is thin, undersized and not bright untill 4-5 th months of hair transplant. İt's normal for new growing hair starting to get native characteristics, waviness, curl in first 4-5 months..This actually takes 10-13 months for hair to become full mature , as thick and bright  as native hair. 

At 2 months I would expect some irregular growth appearing in some patients. Not worth worrying about it now. At 5-6 months it should all be growing.
