Can fillers improve my close-set eyes? (photo)

Question

Is there any kind of filler that could be used to widen the bridge of the nose between the eyes to give an appearance of wider set-eyes? I know after my rhinoplasty my bridge was swollen between the eyes, but it made my eyes look less close-set so I actually LIKED the swelling and was bummed when that part of the welling reduced. /: Any recommendations?

You can use injectable hyaluronic-acid based fillers to widen the bridge of your nose. I’m not sure that this would create the illusion of wider-set eyes for the average viewer, but if you liked the look when your nose was swollen, then I say give it a try.  Be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert with dermal fillers, as injecting near the eyes requires skill and knowledge of anatomy.

fillers can be used on the bridge of the nose but they will not make your eyes look wider it actually will make your nose look wider. I suggest seeing an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

would like to see the entire face to really understand the relationship between
the nose, the eyes, and the other facial skeleton.  The relationship between the eyes is based on
the width of the nose and the skull bones and one needs to know the entire
anatomy.  
            Raising the bridge with filler if
the bridge is low might be helpful but hard to ascertain without either
computer imaging.
