I don't recommend permanent fillers for non-surgical nosejobs. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Bellafill is a safe and effective filler that is applied over several sessions to achieve the final result. Bellafill is not reversible and does not get dissolved by the body, so it lasts for many years, or, with many people, the rest of their lives. It is generally not a good idea to have rhinoplasty surgery after Bellafill injection, so I recommend people use this filler only when they are certain that they will never get surgery.
Acne scars can be improved with either fillers or fat transfer. Both methods work, but in my opinion, Bellafill is the easier option. I recommend getting a formal consultation to discuss the best treatment options for your scarring.
