How long after a rhinoplasty could I do a non surgical retouch not permanent? (Photos)

I believe you posted a bunch of close-up photos of both your before and after nasal appearances. I can see that you have a bit of nostril retraction, and your tip may indeed be a bit too high. In general, at one month after surgery, the lower 1/3 of the nose tends to be too swollen to utilize filler. That said, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin which tends to dissipate swelling quickly. I’m sorry to hear that the Surgical Rhinoplasty results did not meet your expectations. The good news is that 3-6 months after your procedure, Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Revision with Dermal Filler will be a great alternative to yet another surgery. Unlike Surgical revisions that further weaken and injure the nasal structure, Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty is entirely reversible, and provides the ability to correct small deformities or irregularities without damaging adjacent areas. In many cases, an experienced injector will also be able to lower the nostril rim a degree to reduce “notching”.
