I think I have mild pectus escavatum(sunken chest) also Poland Syndrome( right chest underdeveloped without chest muscle, left chest has some muscle there). I have been researched a lot, but am afraid that my case will be a lot of complication in the future if I choose to do breast implant... My goal is both breasts can be symmetric and Cup A is fine for me. I just want little fat that can stay on my right chest. Without breast implant, can I do fat transfer to camalflage ?

Answer: What should I do to camalflage my Poland Syndrome with mild Pectus/Sunken chest without implants? Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. I believe you benefit from breast augmentation using breast implants, placed under the muscle. You can have small implants if you are only looking for a modest enhancement. You don't seem to have enough fat for fat transfer. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Answer: Poland's syndrome reconstruction Fat grafting would be the best and most natural option for you. You seem quite slim and may need to gain weight for the procedure. A surgeon could consider submuscular and intramuscular fat grafting, as well as fat grafting to the breast as well to give you the best symmetry and result. Please seek and experienced, board certified plastic surgeon for your surgery.

Answer: Breast augmentation Dear cafeconleche2013, Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Not Enough Fat For Transfer cafeconleche I appreciate your concerns and frustration, however I am afraid that you do not have enough fat for transfer to the breasts to make a difference. Also you should consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to confirm if you do have Poland Syndrome. There are other options to treat this condition. Best of luck.
