Answer: BBL Using Fat from the arms and back Yes, you can transfer fat from just about anywhere in the body to the buttocks for a BBL. The question that is addressed is volume or how much fat you are able to harvest. For that reason, the flanks and abdomen are among the most popular areas for harvesting but the arms and back are also good sites. Remember, BBL is not just for size and volume increase but also to enhance the appearance of the butt in terms of smoothing out minor texture issues and dimples. A relatively moderate volume increase with a BBL can yield great results in not just 'rounding out' the seat of your pants but also improving how it looks.

Answer: Enough fat for a BBL? Aside from examining you in person, I will give this reassurance - there is surprisingly a large amount of fat in the back and arms, and especially the inner thighs, to perform a BBL. Hope that helps and if you need pricing information on this procedure, check the web reference link below. Best of luck.
