Hello. I am a 35 year old man with larger areolas. Right is 32MM, left one is about 38MM; goal would be 25MM. I have small unpronounced nipples. My chest is a bit fatty but I am worried about gynecomastia. I am aware of areola reduction surgeries, however I am concerned that scarring would be worse than the areola diameter issue. Would having some of the fat removed from my chest would help reduce the width? Would having a proper raised nipple constructed help reduce diameter?
