Thinking of getting a Morpheus8. How bad will I look the next day? What are the after medications? How long predates and post do I have to stay out of the sun?
Answer: Morpheus8 is the best skin tightener. There are 2 ways of getting Morpheus8 treatments. Morpheus8 is such a great skin tightener and is easy to undergo. There are 2 ways of getting it done. One is more aggressive and is a 1 time treatment where you are puffy for about 5 days but you see results that are more dramatic. The other is a more whimpy way where you get 3 separate milder treatments spaced 6 weeks apart with almost no downtime at all but takes a lot longer to see results. Sincerely, Dr Hansen

Answer: Morpheus -Right After The day following a Morpheus treatment patient typically look like they have a sunburn. You can certainly go to work the next day, but perhaps not to an event where you might need to look your best. I recommend NO sun exposure for at least 72 hours and then, if you must go out, wear a broad-spectrum sun screen. Also, no make up for 72 hours, until the small scabs start to form. The scabs are pinpoint and are not really noticeable to anyone but you. Cheers from Dallas!

Answer: Morpheus8 Down Time Thank you for your question. Our team has performed over 150 Morpheus8 treatments at this point and the overwhelming majority of people have minimal downtime. So minimal in fact often times my staff has the procedure performed at the end of the work day and returns to work the next day. Sometimes some bruising occurs or some pin point scabbing. If you did it on a Friday most patients can be back to work Monday with no issue. Best of luck. You will love the treatment.

Answer: Morpheus The great thing about Morpheus is the very minimal downtime. At Monroe Comprehensive Laser Center in Monroe, Mi, we have seen some redness and pinpoint red dots immediately after treatment as well as some mild swelling that usually disappears withing hours. We advise patients to rinse their treated area with water only for 24 to 36 hours and wait on makeup until 36 hours after. we also advise pts to be careful when they bath or shower that they do not expose the treated area to harsh cleansers or body wash etc to decrease unwanted inflammation. As far as after sun exposure, we recommend no deliberate tanning for 2 weeks after and to wear sunscreen of at least 30spf for those weeks. We also recommend to use aquaphor for skin protection and moisturizing for at least the first 36 hours.
