Can Morpheus8 be used on rosacea skin safely and can it improve malar lines/droopy upper eyelids? (Photo)

I have rosacea & dry/dehydrated skin. In the past (8 years ago), I have accidentally burned my skin with a chemical peel. Diagnosed as first degree burns. I still have skin sensitivity due to this. I've had a course of full-face fillers performed about a year ago. Given the synopsis of my skin status, can Morpheus8 be safely performed? I wondering if all my skin issues might cause negative/unwanted outcomes if Morpheus8 is used.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Sorry to hear about the mishaps in your journey to healthy skin.
Moprheus8 can successfully be used for treating the malar lines and under eyes, not so much for the above the eyes. 
Morpheus8 can be used to treat rosacea and when used in the hands of a skilled Doctor can show great results. However, it seems your skin history is a bit more complex and Micro-needling is a slightly invasive procedure, so it is important to find a physician that is highly skilled and fully understands your skin history. 
The good thing with Morpheus8 is that you can control the depth of the treatment so it can be done at a less invasive depth for the first treatment. The Doctor can then take note of the reaction and healing of your skin and assess from there. 
PRP added to the Morpheus8 treatment might be a great addition as it promotes quicker and better healing of the skin after the procedure.
