How well does 1 full face Morpheus work for a 54 y/o with a thin face and no fat to lose? Two?

Question

F, 54, Irish. Moderate sagging, mid-face volume loss and mouth 'grooves'. What might 1 Morpheus do for me? (Lost 2 molars; jawbone shrinkage.) Also, I've heard that this treatment can make sagging worse in a patient with a thin face.

Morpheus will work great. It tightens the skin and will help with the sagging. There is no reason a patient with a thin face would ever have worsening sagging. At deeper depths, Morpheus can also be used for fat loss. So, if a person does not have much fat, I would keep the depth at 1-2 mm on the face. I tell my patients that optimal results are obtained three months after a series of three treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart.

At our office in Monroe, Mi, , we have found Morpheus to give fabulous results for just about anybody, male or female, plump face or thin face.  We have not found any additional sagging in thinner skinned patients.  If you are worried about fat loss, Morpheus can be specifically depth adjusted to ensure that the radiofrequency energy does not reach the fat layer.  We would usually keep the depth at 1 to 2 mm depending on the patient.  Hope this helps!
