I'm size 18, 230 lb.s, 5'1, no kids. I'm very curvy, completely embrace them but am dying for a round bubble butt, a tiny waist, flat stomach, and no back fat. Been researching which procedure would be best for me but feel so stumped. I'm leaning more towards BBL as I'm terrified of the TT scars, but LOVE the TT results that I see on bigger patients like me! I need help and am wondering who anybody can recommend in California to help me with this, preferably in the Bay Area as I live in SF.
Answer: Plus size: BBL, Tummy Tuck or Lipo?
Thank you for your question and photos. The good news is that you do have enough "donor" fat to give you a bubble butt as you desire. The bad news is that you will not look like your wish picture. That woman seems to be much taller than you with a longer waist line (the space between your lower rib cage and the top of the pelvic bone). You also have a significant amount of intraabdominal fat which she does not. Your BMI is 44 which is considered morbidly obese. Nevertheless, you can have a nice improvement of your buttocks and back. You need extensive liposuction of the whole back, including the hip rolls or muffin tops. Actually, your buttocks are relatively small, you carry your weight above them. The fat collected from the back and abdominal wall can be transferred to the buttocks to give you a round, more projecting shape. The aesthetics of the buttocks are enhanced by sculpting your back and midsection agressively. The abdomen will not be flat and you will have excess loose skin. I would advise against a tummy tuck now. You can have one later with better results and shorter skin incision. Good luck.

Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift The best way to achieve a celebrity-like butt and hips is a Brazilian Butt Lift. A Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure where excess fat is liposuctioned from different parts of the body and moved to the buttocks. This reshapes and adds volume to the butt while keeping a natural look. Final results are permanent and generally seen about 6 months after the procedure.

Answer: Brazilian Buttlift and Then Tummy Tuck
My advice would be to perform the Brazilian buttlift first and then perform the tummy tuck at a later time. I typically liposuction 5 liters and transfer 1200 to 1500 cc per buttock. You can get a dramatic improvement in this fashion. Find the plastic surgeon with the best credentials who has performed hundreds of Brazilian buttlift procedures.

Answer: BBL may help give you the shape you want
I think a BBL will do a lot to give you the shape you want. Yes, a TT would also help, but you are young and a TT is a big operation with a long scar and I would hesitate to do it on you. Make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in BBLs. I do not know of any in your area, but you can search this site to help you find some. You may also consider traveling for this if you find the right doctor.
