I'm size 18, 230 lb.s, 5'1, no kids. I'm very curvy, completely embrace them but am dying for a round bubble butt, a tiny waist, flat stomach, and no back fat. Been researching which procedure would be best for me but feel so stumped. I'm leaning more towards BBL as I'm terrified of the TT scars, but LOVE the TT results that I see on bigger patients like me! I need help and am wondering who anybody can recommend in California to help me with this, preferably in the Bay Area as I live in SF.

Answer: Brazilian Buttlift and Then Tummy Tuck
My advice would be to perform the Brazilian buttlift first and then perform the tummy tuck at a later time. I typically liposuction 5 liters and transfer 1200 to 1500 cc per buttock. You can get a dramatic improvement in this fashion. Find the plastic surgeon with the best credentials who has performed hundreds of Brazilian buttlift procedures.

Answer: BBL may help give you the shape you want
I think a BBL will do a lot to give you the shape you want. Yes, a TT would also help, but you are young and a TT is a big operation with a long scar and I would hesitate to do it on you. Make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in BBLs. I do not know of any in your area, but you can search this site to help you find some. You may also consider traveling for this if you find the right doctor.
