My lower lip hangs out. What procedure will help me fix this? (Photo)

I’ve always been insecure about how my lower lip hangs out when I rest my face. I also think I look weird when I talk. I’ve looked up this issue, and the only solution I see for it is some sort of lip reduction. However, I think I’m fine with the size of my lips. I’ve been told that my lips are the perfect size and shape. It’s just that one small thing that makes me really self-conscious. I also have an overbite, but I don't know if that effects it at all.
