I can't show too much teeth when I smile, and I want to know what procedure I should do. My teeth are straight, I have a good bone structure, and the distance between the nose and upper lip are normal. There is any procedure that I can do inside the mouth to give more movement for my lip?

It's likely a combination of both - some of the tilting is due to the teeth and then some is just due to how your muscles work. People often have asymmetric oral commissures (corners of mouth) in terms of pointing up/neutral/down. There's not much to do to fix it.
I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This may help correct the asymmetry as one side will be resected more than the other. The...
I recommend a chin implant. This will lengthen the width of your jaw and give you more support inferiorly. You may also benefit from a lip reduction. This would be done with an internal incision to pull the lip more posterior.
