I do have jaw asymmetry , age 47. I feel the drop on one side of my face is very unattractive and aging and wondering what the possibility to fix it as best as possible

I recommend a chin implant. This will lengthen the width of your jaw and give you more support inferiorly. You may also benefit from a lip reduction. This would be done with an internal incision to pull the lip more posterior.
