Would a bullhorn lip lift give me the look I want? (Photos)

I am 23 years old and my philtrum looks really long and I feel it makes me look older. I like the fullness of my lips but wish my philtrum were shorter. Would a bullhorn lip lift look right on me and give me a shorter philtrum with the “softer pout” look I want to go for. I put my finger under my lip and pushed it up to give the look I want to go for. Thank you
