Would a small scar between nose & lip cause any issue for lip lift? (Photos)

I'm 19 and have always been insecure about my philtrum length. To combat this I tattooed my top lip with permanent makeup ink which eased my insecurities a lot, however I would love to look into having a lip lift instead. I also have a small line scar right in the middle of the space between my nose and lip and was wondering whether that would cause any issues at all. I've never been insecure about anything but my philtrum and would be more confident with a shorter one.
