I have very full lips, naturally, with no filler (and don't want any). However, as I age, I can see that my philtrum is growing longer. I'm interested in potentially doing a lip lift at some point, however, I do not want that kind of flipped look that causes the upper lip to seem larger. I prefer the natural poutiness that I have with a slightly larger lower lip. Is there a way to have this procedure done without that upper lip looking top-heavy? My philtrim is almost 2cm long.
