21% Body fat in a "skinny fat" build (i.e thin arms, legs, and neck, but prominent facial, chest,hips, and back fat) Whenever I've let my face rest, I'll appear extremely sunken, with droopy eyes and plump cheeks noticed quite an apparent chin asymmetry that affects the rest of my face. Cutting fat will fix some of this, but I'm worried about the rest. Included are two photos in relaxed form and one "posing" with slightly tucked in cheeks.

The lines next to the corners of your mouth are due to smiling. When you are at rest, There is just a transition zone between your cheek and lip skin which appears to be normal. Based on your age and the limited information we have with your photos, I would not recommend any intervention at this...
Hi there, yes filler and/or fat can help to volumize that hollow area following your surgery. Be sure to find someone with a lot of experience as the under eyes can be technically challenging to inject. However, there is definitely hope for you and you can get that area looking smoother.
