Malar fat pad/muscle protruding after filler. Why is it sticking out like this?

I had pyriform fossa filler and cheek, tear trough fillers over the past year. This fat pad/muscle is protruding and looks reallt bad. When i touch it, its very soft. Why is it sticking out like this? My injector said its age but i never had this problem before?
