Would a rhinoplasty and jaw surgery help me achieve a more youthful and feminine look? 23 y/o female

I wanted advice or opinions on my look and certain goals I have in mind. My overall goal is a more youthful/feminine look. I am a fan of South Korean standards on the youthful look. However I feel as my features are a little too harsh. For my nose, I am unhappy most with the side profile the most as I have a small dorsal hump and want more of a slope? I love my facial "fat" but I feel as my jaw is droopy on one side/uneven which brings my face down/ages me. Please feel free to suggest

I don’t see anything wrong with your face. It’s very pretty. From your question I fear you will end up in the hands of a surgeon who will do some I’ll advised procedures. You don’t need plastic surgery. You are looking for problems you don’t have and don’t need  this is how young girls get messed up. Don’t do this !

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your nose have a little hump and there is no curve. With rhinoplasty your nose can have more feminine and Korean look like you want. For your cheeks I can recommend endoscopic midface lift. You have a pleasing nasal appearance, and your small dorsal nasal bump may be permanently camouflaged with microdroplet Silikon-1000. Thankyou for providing pictures as a reference. It seems you will benefit from closed atraumatic rhinoplasty which can rasp your hump and give you a slide slopy nose as well as a defined tip so that you can achieve a sophisticated and more feminine nose. The difference betweeen the two sides of your face is a consequence of facial asymmetry so mini facelift with scars hidden in your hairline could give you a more lifted and snatched appearance but bear in mind that this difference cannot be 100% symmetrical. Based on these photos, small chin augmentation and liposuction of jowls, would be my suggestion for chin shaping. Nose surgery should be discussed with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in rhinoplasty. Good luck.
