The last time I got kenalog shots was in june 2021, over a year post-op and the tip swelling decreased dramatically and looked perfect for the next few months. however, ever since this month, 6 months after, I noticed some swelling reoccurring as the tip is not as pointy as it used to be. unfortunately, my surgeon wants to charge me as its after the one year mark if I want any more kenalog shots. i was wondering if this swelling would go down on its own or if I should pay for shots?
