Question

I had to have another revision because I had bottoming out and double bubble. Now that that is fixed I feel like I’m getting a uni- boob. It feels like they are not tacked down in between them anymore. The doctor removed the capsul and put in a mesh with new implants but now the are turning into one boob it feels like.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method.  The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.  Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Your implants are too large for your frame and tissue, and you will continue to have problems as long as you keep these large implants. You should go smaller so that the implants fit your frame and are not so heavy to keep bottoming out. Large implants thin your own tissue which gives less support.
