Can I get fillers in my nose after rib rhinoplasty? (photos)

Question

I have a flat infratip and notched triangular nostrils after rib rhinoplasty. There is rib cartilage in bridge, rib, columella. I don't want to have surgery again. Can I get filler put in at the tip to make infratip longer and also fillers at the triangular notches to make them more round? I was told you can never put fillers in after rhinoplasty by some doctors and some say it is safe, so which is it?

If your nasal retraction on front view is soft to the touch, depending on your examination, microdroplet silicone 1000 injections maybe considered for lowering this inverted v-shaped appearance on both sides. Getting a bit of volume to your infratip area is possible as well. If there is an excessive amount of firmness and scarring from the rib cartilage that was used during your rhinoplasty, this may preclude the use of Silikon-1000. I hope this helps! Hello,I Believe I can inject fillers to that area to make it appear a bit more round, however it wont be permanent and you will have to continue to get fillers again and again. For the ultimate desired result that you want , round nostrils, you need to have surgery where I will put cartilage to those areas to make the nostrils rounder permanently.Best Regards
