Can I get fillers in my nose after rib rhinoplasty? (photos)

I have a flat infratip and notched triangular nostrils after rib rhinoplasty. There is rib cartilage in bridge, rib, columella. I don't want to have surgery again. Can I get filler put in at the tip to make infratip longer and also fillers at the triangular notches to make them more round? I was told you can never put fillers in after rhinoplasty by some doctors and some say it is safe, so which is it?

Based on your photos, your nose is looking closer to your "goal" compared to the day your dressing was removed. That said, if you definitely want your bridge raised a few millimeters, microdroplet Silikon1000 may be considered for subtle yet permanent bridge raising. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

Based on your photos, you appear to have a dorsal hump and a hanging columella. Generally, these issues are addressed with rhinoplasty surgery.
