I had rhinoplasty 3 months ago to reduce the dorsal hump. I didn’t want a “scooped” nose, and we agreed to leave my tip alone as I still wanted to look like me, just with a subtle change; it was only my bump I disliked. I feel my nose has been over reduced - thinner, scooped, and pointy. I am terrified of surgical revision as if it turned out worse - I don’t know how I’d cope. I can live with the hanging columella, but would filler be an option to build up the bridge creating astraighter profile
