I had 2 units of Botox injected on one side of my chin on 8/20/21 for dimpling. Less than 24 hours (next morning), I had a very crooked smile. This was surprising because Botox usually takes 5-7 days for me to see affect fully. Is it normal to have it work that quickly? Also, my smile is still lopsided after 7 months. Yes it has improved but it is still there. Is this normal - for it to take this long to go away completely?

Botox is not known to change your facial dynamics permanently. Keep an eye on it and if it still hasn't gone away after another 6 months, go back to your surgeon and see what your options are.
