Heavy cheeks causing facial imbalance

Question

I’ve lost a lot of volume in my under eyes due to accutane and lash serums. That, coupled with my heavy cheeks causes for a lack of facial balance in my opinion. I also have concerns about my nose. What procedures do you think I would most benefit from? I am open to doing more than one procedure at once. I have no filler and last Botox was 2023.

Thank you for posting your question here!My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided, for a more detailed and bespoke plan please consult with a plastic surgeon in person.From your pictures , it appears that the issues of concern are very subtle. there are many ways to approach the issues based on how invasive you are willing to go and your concerns. You will likely benefit from some added volume in the mid face this can be done using fat or filler ( I prefer fat personally but both a valid options as long as they are not overdone). you can also have some microfat added to the lower lids at the same time. or you can consider an endoscopic or minimally invasive midface lift .As for your nose , the plan should be based on your concerns , a rhinoplasty would likely provide you with a more defined and refined tip , that being said beauty is subjective and your surgeon's plan should always be based on your input and what can be realistically and safely done.I hope this helps, best of luck!

Your issues are very subtle, possibly mild volume loss in periorbital area. Tip refinement or conservative rhinoplasty may be an answer for the central face. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in rhinoplasty and facial fat grafting is recommended. Good luck.

I don't think that the problem is your cheeks,
Your face is in fact narrow.
In would recommend  enhancing your lateral cheek bone area with fat grafting to give you more proportion.
As far as your nose is concerned, the only thing that I see is that the tip is a little wide.This could be narrowed with a tip -plasty   a fairly simple procedure
