Firstly, I am age 30 but I’ve experienced severe volume loss and laxity after a bad immune response to cheek filler that needed agressive dissolving. My face is like a deflated balloon. I am not sure what the best option to restore my appearance as I’ve received differing recommendations during consultations. Fat grafting is unreliable and could cause lumps due to my extremely thin skin. Filler might cause issues again. Facelift won’t fix the volume loss and I might be too young?
