How Can I Permanently Remove Old Arm Scars? (Photo)

I have scars on my arms from accidental box cutter injuries. I've used silicone scar tape and gels for years, and I've also tried at-home microneedling, but nothing has worked. What procedures are available to permanently remove or significantly reduce these scars? I'm willing to travel for the best treatment. The scars make me avoid certain clothing because I'm worried they give people the wrong impression.
