Permanent solutions for deep chickenpox & acne scars? (Photos)

Hi everyone, Looking for insight before my consultation with a plastic surgeon. I'm 24 and have had prominent chickenpox scars since 17, and acne scarring even longer. This has severely impacted my mental health, causing agoraphobia, isolation, and poor neck posture from constantly looking down to hide my face. It has genuinely ruined my confidence, forcing me to wear a bandana outside. I know surgery isn't a quick fix for self-esteem, but reducing these marks will help me dramatically. I've circled the two chickenpox scars on my forehead that distress me most; they look harsh in all lighting. I want a permanent solution and wish to avoid temporary treatments like fillers. Ideally, I want punch excision. I'm completely fine trading these indented marks for flat, clean line scars, which I can treat later with CO2 and vascular lasers for redness. However, I know the forehead is a high-tension zone. Since these two scars are close together, punch excision might be too risky. If excision isn't viable, my backup plan is combined subcision, TCA CROSS, and lasers later. I'd love to hear from anyone who has treated forehead scars, or from surgeons on what works best here. Thank you!
