Options for atrophic and chicken pock scars?

Hello, I am wondering what options would be available to me for a few atrophic and chicken pock scars. So far I have done 4 sessions of rf microneedling and 2 sessions of fraxel plus a tca cross session. Nothing has improved them and am wondering if a scar revision surgery would be warranted. Looking forward to hearing some suggestions.

I am sorry for your disappointment with your prior treatments. However, as my regular followers would well know, I am hardly surprised by your lack of success with these treatments. Unfortunately, the hard science to back up the use of these expensive, light and energy-based gizmos, lags well behind the heavy marketing hype and social media hype that promotes them. Sorry.
There is also no surprise by the lack of success with microneedling, since microneedling is best reserved for improving superficial, surface texture and color irregularities. No surprise, as well, with the lack of success with TCA CROSS, since TCA CROSS is best reserved for treating ice pick scars and dilated pores. . 
Subcision, which I have been performing for over twenty-six years, has a long track record of success for elevating and smoothing rolling scars and boxcar scars, including those resulting from chickenpox.
You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
