Hello I got a tummy tuck about 3 years ago and this is the scar I was left with. Is there anything I can do to fix it ?

At least from the photo provided, it would appear that hyperpigmentation is one issue, and very likely there is also significant textural irregularity, as well. professionally performed manual mechanical microneedling (no need for the expense and risks for adverse reactions from RF microneedling) can be used--when accompanied by the application of Rx brightening agents--to both improve the scar texture and to blend the scar better with the surrounding normal skin. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist and best of luck

The most sensible solution here is to remove this scar and free the skin down to the belly button, then re-tighten the area below the umbilicus, much like a mini tummy tuck. The one thing to confirm is whether you have enough excess skin to allow this &mdash; that is judged most accurately on a hands-on exam, but from your photos it looks like there is likely enough.
