How can I improve old, white breast reduction scars? (Photos)

Hello, I’m looking for advice on improving breast lift/reduction scars that are now 4 years old. Unfortunately they healed slightly hypertrophic and very white. I’ve been insecure about it for a long time but never addressed them about from silicone sheets in the beginning. Would lasers be an option for improvement? I’m very thin skinned and vascular so don’t want to do damage. Additionally, my biggest concern is actually the white colour and I was considering medical tattooing but worried they are not flat enough. I would appreciate any advice and I’m aware only improvement is possible, but I’d like to try what has the greatest chance of working
