1 year after ptosis surgery, bruising/swelling comes & go & no movement to eyelid muscle (Photos)

Hi, I had my eyelid ptosis surgery about 1 year ago, I still see some bruising and swelling that comes and go. Don’t think that’s normal. Almost no movement to the eyelid muscle and continues to droop please help. Thanks
