Had ptosis surgery and after 6 months my eye has not creased - advice? (photo)

I have had my ptosis surgery and after 6 months my eye has still yet to crease i've had all the bruised skin heal and even after that my eyelid wont retract into my eye

An eyelid crease is formed in a normal eyelid by the attachments of your levator aponeurosis to the muscle and skin of your upper eyelid (orbicularis muscle and skin). In the presence of a congenital ptosis, the crease will be poor or absent because of the poor pull of the levator muscle. In acquired ptosis, the crease may be weak because of the detachment of the fibers from your aponeurosis to the skin.
Therefore, to form a lid skin crease in congenital or acquired cases, the surgeon will form the skin crease by using surgical techniques that allow the pull of the levator muscle to be transmitted to where the skin crease should form. A surgeon will design the crease and use the appropriate sutures and technique. If this technique is not used, your skin crease can be weak. 
After six months, your eyelid is unlikely to form a skin crease. It is best to see your surgeon and discuss how a crease that can close matches the one on your opposite eyelid may be created.
